Your may have noticed a slight change to our name.  Ashcroft Escrow, LLC., is now:

Ashcroft Legal & Escrow Services, PLLC.

We have now completed the transition from an escrow company to a law firm, and are now able to offer you and your clients a range of legal services, not just escrow!  We now offer the following additional legal services:

• Drafting purchase and sale agreements for unrepresented buyers and sellers involved in  FSBO transactions;
• Basic estate planning such as drafting wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, living wills and health care directives;
• Entity formation such as creating LLC’s, corporations, and partnerships.
